Feature Highlights

Schedappy gives you all the tools you need to quickly and easily build your schedules:

Locations	Setup all your operating locations with their own operating hours, schedulers, and staffing requirements.
Staff	Setup all your staff, assign them to work at any location(s), set their job level or skills, and manage their availability to work.
Staffing Model	You have the option of using Job Levels (manager, supervisor, trainee, etc.) or Skills (kitchen, host, bar, etc.) to set your staffing requirements. When you validate your schedule, you'll see not just if you're under/over staffed but where your staffing problem is.
Staffing Levels	Each location can have its own staffing requirements for each hour or half-hour period. When you build a schedule, you can quickly validate your schedule against the staffing requirements to see where you are under/over staffed.
Availability	Set each employee's regular availability. Also, set special availability for when that employee is out of town, out of school, etc.
Multiple Locations	Each employee can be assigned to work at one or more locations.
Special Events	Set special staffing requirements for when special events affect your business. For example, a local sporting event may mean you have to increase your staffing for an evening.
Split Shifts	Schedule your employees for two different time periods on any day. If you're using Skills based scheduling, you can even assign them different skills for each shift.
Shift Notes	Add a note to any shift for a person. For example, make a note that a manager's second shift is dedicated to admin work.
Printed Schedule	A nicely formatted schedule that you can print out for your staff.
Email Notifications	When you publish a schedule, any staff that have an email address will get a list of their shifts in their email.
Bulletin Board	Share information between your scheduling staff.
