Skill Based Labor CostsManagers can now set a different labor cost for each skill an employee has.

24 Hour SchedulingLocations can now be setup to run 24 hour schedules. Shifts are assigned to the day on which they start, and employee availability is validated across days.
Print Daily SchdulesManagers can now print a schedule for a specific day. The printout also includes contact info for employees who are available but not scheduled.
Customizable Summary RowsWhen looking at the weekly schedule, the list of summary rows (e.g., Scheduled Labor %, Scheduled Hours, etc.) can be customized to show only those calculations required.
Actual Sales AmountsYou can now record actual sales amounts for days in the past. This allows you to compare how you're doing with labor using projected sales and actual sales.
Sales Per Man HourA new summary calculation is available. "Sales per man hour" calculates your projected sales for each scheduled hour of labor.

Shift CoversStaff can now make a request for other staff to cover their shift. Emails are sent to qualified staff letting them know that a shfit is available. They can volunteer to cover a shift and then a manager must approve the change.
Notifications of Changes to Published SchedulesStaff are emailed if changes to published schedules affect their assigned shifts.
Email ImprovementsEmail integration with a new service provider has improved email delivery and allowed HTML formatting of emails.

Quick Add SchedulingYou can now add/edit/remove shifts directly on the weekly schedule screen. Just click on the cell for the staff/day you want to adjust and update the information. Availability validation occurs the same as on the daily schedule details screen.

Future Dated AvailabilityYou can now enter staff availability that will take effect at a date in the future. This allows you to make sure that your current schedules adhere to today's availability while any schedules you make for future weeks will take the new availability into account.
Unscheduled StaffYou can now designate some staff as "Not Scheduled". This will allow staff such as managers to be users of the system while not showing up on any schedules.

Schedule NotesYou can now enter general notes for a day in addition to notes for any scheduled shift.

Special Availability TypesYou can now define a special availability period as either a temporary change in availability (e.g., an employee is on school break and can work different hours) or as time specifically requested off (e.g., the employee is unavailable because they're on vacation).

Staffing BasisYou can now setup staffing requirements based on a headcount or sales projections. The Headcount staffing basis allows you to define how many staff you want working at any time of day. The Sales Projection staffing basis allows you to set target staffing percentages based on your own sales projection for either the day or for specific time segments (hour or half-hour) throughout the day.

Scheduling PreferencesYou can now record how many minimum or maximum hours each staff person should be scheduled for. This information is then viewable when creating and reviewing your schedules.
Quick ViewA new view mode on the Daily Schedule screen shows that day's schedule in a bar chart format. This allows you to see a quick view of all your scheduled shifts for the day.
View Only Screen for StaffAny staff person with an email address can now login to the application to view the schedule online.
